How long will my order take to arrive?

We ship your order within 1-2 business days (excluding Public Holidays).

Australian and New Zealand orders are shipped from our Australian Warehouse. For the United States & Rest of the World, orders are shipped from our US Warehouse based in Los Angeles.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any import duties or local taxes.

Important Delivery Information:

Please keep an eye on your tracking as some items are being delivered to the local collection center, or redirected to your local collection centre, if no-one is at your address to accept your delivery.

We will not be held responsible for reshipping of your order if it is returned to us. If your order is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for paying the reshipping fee.

Returns:

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, and we understand that you need to try on sunglasses. We are happy to accept returns for a store credit which can be used on a future purchase.

Please state your order number in your email to us so that we can easily locate your order in our system.

Items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. We will not be held responsible for return shipping costs.
